Bhubaneswar, Sept. 23 (UDN): A young dentist died after being struck by a train in the Kalarahanga area of Bhubaneswar on Tuesday, police sources said.

The deceased was identified as Amrit Jena, who was reportedly working as a dentist at a private hospital in the city.

The incident came to light after Jena was found seriously injured near the railway tracks in the Kalarahanga area. He was reportedly hit by a passing train, although the exact sequence of events leading to the incident remains unclear.

Body Sent for Post-Mortem

Following the incident, the body was recovered and sent to Capital Hospital in Bhubaneswar for a post-mortem examination.
