Bhubaneswar, June 24 (UDN): A stray cow that suffered serious injuries in a hit-and-run accident is now recovering at the veterinary facility of Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan (SOA) University, officials said on Tuesday.
The animal was rescued and brought to the SOA veterinary complex shortly after the accident, where it was found to be in a critical condition with multiple injuries. Veterinary doctors immediately initiated emergency treatment and round-the-clock care.
According to medical staff, the cow responded positively to treatment over the past few days and is now in a stable condition. Specialists continue to monitor its recovery and provide necessary supportive care to ensure full rehabilitation.
