Ahmedabad, Aug. 21 (UDN): A high-level roundtable discussion was held at i-Hub, Ahmedabad, bringing together senior healthcare industry leaders, representatives of the Indian Medical Association, eminent doctors, medical educators and public policy experts to deliberate on strengthening healthcare education and services in Odisha.

The roundtable was chaired alongside i-Hub Gujarat CEO Shri Hiranmay Mahanta, with participants exchanging views on emerging trends, successful models and innovative approaches that could be adapted to Odisha’s healthcare ecosystem.

The discussions focused on how best practices and next-generation approaches can improve the quality of medical education, strengthen healthcare delivery and create greater opportunities for innovation in the state’s health sector.

Participants also explored the potential for stronger collaboration among healthcare institutions, industry, medical professionals, educators and policymakers to build a more responsive and future-ready healthcare system.

The interaction emphasised the importance of adopting proven models while simultaneously developing “next practices” that can address emerging healthcare needs and improve outcomes for citizens.
