Bengaluru, May 15: Kapture CX, a leading customer experience platform, announced the appointment of Abhinav Sinha as Vice President – Customer Experience. With over 14 years of experience across enterprise SaaS, strategy, and analytics consulting, Abhinav brings deep expertise in driving customer-centric transformations across industries.

In his new role, Abhinav will lead the post-sales journey for enterprise customers at Kapture CX, overseeing onboarding, adoption, and value realization. He will also build a more structured and scalable customer experience operating model to strengthen long-term client partnerships and drive measurable business outcomes.
Abhinav has previously worked with leading organizations including Aditya Birla Group, Sprinklr, and Cartesian Consulting, where he played a key role in leading CX transformations and building global teams. His cross-industry experience spans Retail, BFSI, CPG, and Healthcare, Abhinav has led CX, customer success, and enterprise account management initiatives across global markets, with experience in onboarding, technical operations, customer advocacy, and retention strategy. He has worked with enterprise clients across APAC, the Americas, and EMEA, helping organizations streamline post-sales processes, strengthen customer engagement, and improve long-term account performance.

Abhinav holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore and an engineering degree from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli.
