ACTS Mobility Link unveils ‘digniMuv’ – India’s maiden premium, dignity-first mobility solution for limited mobility individuals!
Hyderabad, Jan 21: ACTS Mobility Link Pvt. Ltd., unveiled digniMuv – a pioneering mobility initiative created to empower individuals who face challenges in free movement beyond their homes, enabling safe, comfortable, and dignified access to medical and everyday travel needs.

India’s first-of-its-kind premium luxury transportation system with advanced accessibility features, digniMuv has been thoughtfully designed for individuals with limited mobility. Mr. K. Venkata Ramana Prasad, Managing Director, ACTS Mobility Link Pvt. Ltd., announced the details of the unique service at a press conference held at Hotel Daspalla, Hyderabad, today. The occasion was graced by Mr. Sai Prasad Vishwanathan, Chief Consultant at Chief Minister’s office, an ISB graduate, renowned motivational speaker, inclusion activist, adventurer, and a powerful voice for accessible living.
digniMuv is redefining the future of assisted mobility by placing dignity, care, and accessibility at its core. With a customised Mercedes Sprinter fleet, specialised global-standard wheelchairs, medically trained personnel, and comprehensive onboard amenities, the service ensures seamless, bedside-to-bedside mobility with uncompromising comfort and safety.
Founded by a team of qualified doctors and physiotherapists, and supported by well-trained chauffeurs and caregivers, digniMuv addresses long-neglected transportation challenges faced by people with limited mobility, transforming intent into impactful, lasting change, says K. Venkata Ramana Prasad.
digniMuv caters to both medical and non-medical transportation needs, serving post-operative patients, senior citizens, pregnant women, persons with physical impairments, individuals with limited mobility, and medical tourism patients. Its services can be booked via telephone, website, and mobile app. Our mission is to deliver mobility with compassion, where care, comfort, and dignity travel together, adds Prasad.
Sai Prasad Vishwanathan, speaking on the occasion said, I would like to share a brief anecdote from my college days. Just ten days before graduation, an elderly woman approached me with her physically challenged daughter and asked me to inspire her. I advised the girl to study well and aim for good marks. The mother then told her, “This boy climbs three floors every day, studies hard, and has won a gold medal. You should do the same.
That moment made me realise that, in our country, hard work is often equated with struggle, and suffering itself becomes a measure of inspiration. For the first time, a company like digniMuv has questioned this belief. They asked whether true inspiration must involve suffering, and why people with mobility impairments should be expected to endure daily hardships. digniMuv was created to make mobility stress-free and dignified. Simple experiences highlight the problem, being judged for remaining seated during the national anthem in a theatre, or worrying whether a cab can accommodate a wheelchair. These daily moments of helplessness add up. digniMuv offers an empathetic solution, freeing people like me from such uncertainties and indignities, and restoring dignity, independence, and peace of mind.
The company operates its own customised Mercedes Sprinter fleet, redesigned with spacious cabins, ADA (USA)-compliant hydraulic lifts, safety anchors, and a host of premium amenities. Its international-standard amenities include BLS-certified, medically trained chauffeurs and dedicated caregivers; oxygen cylinder, first-aid kit, and continuous tele-medic supervision; WC-19 (USA) standard wheelchairs and ADA-compliant hydraulic lifts; trict sanitation protocols with fresh-cover change for every journey; comfortable bedside-to-bedside assistance; live video monitoring with tele-medic supervision and family video access; real-time GPRS tracking; complimentary refreshments and onboard entertainment options, among others.
Currently, digniMuv operates in Hyderabad, servicing a 50-km radius in its initial phase. As part of its expansion roadmap, the company plans to launch services across Chennai, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, and Kolkata, with phased rollouts every three months.
