Long queues at depots for gas cylinders; 5 kg cylinders unavailable at petrol pumps

Bhubaneswar, Apr.11 (BNP): Long queues have been witnessed at gas depots amid rising demand for LPG cylinders, leading to considerable inconvenience for consumers. In addition, the unavailability of 5 kg cylinders at several petrol pumps has further aggravated the situation, forcing many users to wait longer or search for alternative sources. Authorities are expected to address the supply gaps at the earliest to ease public hardship.
