For Home Chef Vinita Ghatge, cooking is a continuation of a legacy. Born into the Saranajam Inamdar family, historically close to Maratha royalty, she has learned the art of heritage cuisine from her great-grandmother, Nanibai Saheb Rane. Having served royal households and culinary luminaries alike, Vinita brings to the table recipes that are rare, authentic, and preserved across generations. Partnering with Chef Pin, her traditional expertise makes this collaboration a true celebration of India’s culinary aristocracy.

The experience begins with handcrafted welcome drinks featuring Avla Alla Sarbat, Tivim, and Limbu Gavati Chaha Kadha, each invested with herbs, spices, and delicate aromatics reminiscent of Maratha royal hospitality. Starters, including crisp Bakharvadi, delicate Huseini Kebabs, and Tanjavari Kali Miri Fry, set the scene for a feast that balances texture, flavour, and history in every bite.

The main course continues the royal narrative. Vegetarian highlights like Tel Vanga and Kala Harbara Usal offer subtle, comforting flavours, while non-vegetarian specialties such as Pivla Rassa, Shikari Kombdi, and Golden Prawns Curry, showcase bold techniques and deep heritage. Traditional accompaniments such as Bhakri, Amboli, and Shahi Pulao complete the experience, presenting a feast that is both authentic and memorable.

Desserts offer a monarchical finale, with Sheera, Hoogi, Bhatachi Kheer, and Chandrakanta crafted to reflect the opulence and charm of Maratha kitchens. Each dish is thoughtfully prepared, carrying the essence of heritage, skill, and royal tradition.
