To enhance appliance reliability, SmartThings Home Care monitors refrigerator performance and automatically notifies users if any issue is detected or when parts may require attention.

The Bespoke AI refrigerators are equipped with AI Energy Mode that analyses usage patterns and estimates power consumption to help reduce energy usage by up to 10%. Consumers can also track electricity consumption on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis through SmartThings Energy for informed energy management.
Smart Alerts with Software Updates
The refrigerators provide door-open notifications through the SmartThings app to prevent loss of cold air. With Smart Forward, the refrigerator receives regular software updates so features remain up to date over time.
