Romano’s at JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar presents its most anticipated culinary event of the season: an exclusive Chef Takeover by internationally acclaimed Italian Chef Bruno Ferrari, running from 4th to 6th April 2026, a rare, unmissable encounter with one of the most celebrated culinary minds in the world.

 Bringing with him over two decades of global culinary experience and a deep reverence for Italy’s rich regional traditions, Chef Ferrari is celebrated for his Michelin-recognised restaurant concepts across Asia and his rare ability to bring the most authentic, rarely-seen corners of Italian cuisine to the table. A native of Abruzzo, his cooking is a masterclass in honesty, rooted in heritage, elevated by craft. 

You can look forward to a thoughtfully curated à la carte dinner menu across all three evenings, showcasing unique dishes rarely experienced in Mumbai, Pallotte Cacio e Ova (traditional Abruzzese cheese and egg dumplings), Orecchiette alle Cime di Rapa from the sun-drenched kitchens of Puglia, Brodetto di Pesce Adriatico, and mains including the classic Agnello al Forno con Patate and the delicate Branzino al Limone e Capperi. Desserts celebrate the season with Pastiera Napoletana, Torta Caprese, and Cannoli Siciliani. 

Adding to the occasion, Chef Ferrari has curated a special Easter Brunch on Sunday, 5th April, a lavish, abundant celebration of Italy’s most beloved family tradition. A sweeping cold and hot buffet, live stations, six handcrafted pastas and risotti prepared à la carte, and a showstopping dessert spread crowned by the iconic Colomba Pasquale making this an experience not to be missed.
