Bengaluru, Sep 28: The HAPPPY AiR World Happpiness Summit 2026, themed Pleasure, Peace and Purpose, concluded in Bengaluru. The two-day summit was held at New Horizon College of Engineering, Bengaluru, on September 23–24. It brought together eminent voices from different spectra of the industry. Dr Archika Didi, renowned spiritual guru and mental wellness visionary shared her perspectives and experiences around mental wellbeing and happiness. The event brought together prominent personalities from diverse fields, including Dr. Kiran Bedi, Shilpa Shetty and Arjun Kapoor.
The event was organised to promote the significance of happiness, how a person can become the key driving force of contentment in their own life. It covered the core ideas of Pleasure, Peace and Purpose (3Ps). For years, Dr. Archika Didi had been working to work on mental wellness and nurturing the idea of inner peace through meditation and by focussing on oneself.
She emphasized on the modern challenges that every individual is facing like loneliness, anxiety and emotional unrest and how one can overcome the same by following philosophy of Shanti (Peace), Khushi (Happiness) and Tripti (Contentment). She highlighted the importance of experiencing and appreciating life.
Speaking about the philosophy Dr. Archika Didi said, “We often look for happiness in one place, when it is actually shaped by many parts of our lives. The thought process that we have is the key to unlock true happiness in life. Pleasure reminds us to experience and enjoy life, Peace helps us find balance within ourselves, and Purpose gives direction and meaning to life.”
Dr Archika Didi brought attention to the connection between inner peace and lasting happiness. Her perspective focused on the idea that happiness is not solely determined by external circumstances, achievements or experiences, but can also emerge from developing greater awareness and peace within. Often in the pursuit of finding happiness outside, we miss the fact that true happiness comes from within.
The event concluded on a reflective note, encouraging participants to pause, breath and start reflecting upon oneself, seeking happiness within and embracing the joy of living.
