The collection comes to life in a campaign film featuring the well-known Indian dancer and actress Mukti Mohan. The film opens with Mukti gracefully adorning the crescent-inspired Chandrakor jewellery, and transitions into an energetic celebration of Maharashtrian pride with the beats of dhol-tasha to reveal the beauty of Chandrakor designs.

Speaking on the launch, Saumen Bhaumik, MD, CaratLane, remarked,

“The Chandrakor motif holds a special place in Maharashtra’s cultural heritage, representing a deep sense of identity, pride and tradition. As Maharashtra comes alive in celebration of Ganesh Chaturthi, this felt like a meaningful moment to honour a symbol so deeply woven into the state’s cultural identity. With this collection, we wanted to reimagine this cherished symbol through contemporary jewellery, allowing people to appreciate and celebrate their heritage in a way that feels personal, elegant and relevant to everyday life.”

The collection is currently available in select stores and online on www.caratlane.com. Through this launch, CaratLane continues to honor its commitment to making fine jewellery more versatile, accessible, and relevant for today’s consumers.
