Mumbai, Aug 12: MR.DIY India has announced India’s Biggest Independence Day Drawing Competition, inviting young artists across the country to showcase their creativity. The competition will be held across all MR.D.I.Y. across 447 number of stores, until 14th August 2026, with free entry for participants.

The theme for this year’s contest is ‘MR.D.I.Y for India’, encouraging children to create an original Independence Day drawing featuring the iconic MR.D.I.Y. Panda and/or one or more MR.DIY products. The competition is open to children across three age categories: below 10 years, 10–14 years, and 15–18 years.

Participants stand a chance to win prizes worth a total of INR 1,50,000, with winners set to be announced on 20 August 2026. The initiative aims to celebrate India’s Independence Day while fostering creativity and artistic expression among young talent nationwide.
