The portal was inaugurated by Rajiv Ranjan Singh, along with S. P. Singh Baghel.

The Dairy Vikas Portal is designed to provide real-time monitoring of milk collection infrastructure across the organised dairy sector. It is expected to improve transparency, facilitate data-driven decision-making and streamline service delivery through a unified digital platform.

According to the Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying, the portal will enable better tracking of dairy infrastructure and operational performance while supporting efficient implementation and monitoring of various dairy development initiatives.

Officials said the initiative represents a significant step towards digital transformation of the livestock and dairy sectors by strengthening governance mechanisms and improving the accessibility of critical information for policymakers and implementing agencies.

The government expects the platform to contribute to more effective planning, faster monitoring and improved delivery of services, ultimately benefiting dairy institutions and stakeholders across the country.
