Bhubaneswar,Apr 22(BNP): In a significant move to ensure uninterrupted learning during the summer vacation, the Odisha School Education Programme Authority (OSEPA) on Tuesday announced the rollout of a WhatsApp-based Summer Learning Programme for students from Shishu Vatika to Class VIII.
The initiative is designed to keep students academically engaged during the holiday period by providing practice assignments and audiovisual learning content. The study materials will be delivered digitally through WhatsApp, making it easily accessible to students across the state.
According to OSEPA, the programme aims to strengthen foundational learning and encourage continuous academic involvement even outside the classroom. Necessary guidelines have been issued to ensure effective implementation of the initiative at all levels.
This step reflects the state’s commitment to leveraging digital platforms to enhance learning outcomes and maintain educational continuity during vacations.
