Apr 21: Raffles Jaipur is delighted to announce the appointment of Sarabjeet Singh Sethi as Cluster Director of Sales. With over 30 years of extensive experience in the hospitality industry, including 24 years with premier brands across India, Sarabjeet brings a wealth of expertise to the position.
His career journey includes roles with Fairlie Hotels and Resorts, The Oberoi Group, The Leela Palace, Hotels and Resorts, Hyatt Dharamshala Resort, Carlson Rezidor and Jet Airways. Over the years, he has successfully driven a 24% growth in banquet revenue by optimizing the events business, 20% increase in food and beverage revenue along with 12% growth in room revenue through strategic marketing efforts and implemented cost-saving measures, resulting in a 27% reduction in housekeeping expenses.
His strong financial acumen, ability to drive profitability and optimise cost efficiencies, along with a proven track record in marketing strategy, business development, and a commitment to service excellence, further strengthen his leadership.
