Hosted at Food Exchange and Permit To Grill, the festival showcases an elaborate Rajasthani dinner buffet with live Dal Baati Churma stations, alongside iconic royal dishes such as Laal Maas, Safed Maas, Gatte ki Sabzi, and Ker Sangri.
