University of Southampton Delhi and McGraw Hill India unveil second edition of International Relations for Civil Service Aspirants
National, 07th November, 2025: University of Southampton Delhi and McGraw Hill India, hosted the release of the second edition of the book International Relations For Civil Services and State Services Examinations, a comprehensive guide crafted to help aspirants strengthen their understanding of global affairs and excel in the international relations component of competitive exams. The book was unveiled by Governor of Haryana, Prof. Ashim Kumar Ghosh, in the presence of the authors Shri Ashok Kumar, IPS (Retd.), Former Director General of Police, Uttarakhand and Vice Chancellor, Sports University of Haryana, and Dr Rajesh Mohan, IPS, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Gurugram.

The ceremony also witnessed the gracious presence of Shri Dammu Ravi, IFS, Secretary (Economic Relations), Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Government of India, as Guest of Honour.
